How far in advance should I hire? +
At least 4-6 weeks for full activations with game or installation development. For simpler activations, 2-3 weeks. Contact us as soon as possible to ensure availability on your event date.
Do you serve events outside São Paulo? +
Yes! We serve all of Brazil and have done activations in Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Brasília, Porto Alegre and other cities. Our team travels with all the necessary equipment.
Is it possible to collect audience data during the activation? +
Yes, it's one of the great differentials. We collect name, email, preferences, engagement time and game results — always with consent. This data is delivered to your marketing team at the end of the event.
Does the activation need internet at the venue? +
We develop activations to work offline when necessary. Internet is recommended for real-time photo delivery and social media integration. We bring our own 4G/5G router to ensure connectivity.
What is the minimum investment for an activation? +
Investment varies by experience type, timeline and event size. We have solutions for different budgets. Talk to our team for a personalized quote with no commitment.
