Project Overview

In partnership with Almap BBDO, we developed a machine capable of doing something words simply cannot: reading what a fragrance stirs up on the inside. The Art of Review was born from the premise that the Art of Perfumery is the union of craft and emotion — and that this emotion deserved to take on visual form.

During the fragrance review, the machine captured the participant's micro-facial expressions in real time. Our computer vision algorithm interpreted this data and translated it into an emotional map with five dimensions: Love, Calm, Curiosity, Joy and Satisfaction — each with its own unique weight and proportion for that person, in that moment.

With that emotional profile in hand, the generative AI created an unrepeatable visual artwork — fluid colors, shapes and textures that graphically captured what the fragrance awakened. A new way to translate perfumes: not in technical words, but in the emotions they provoke.

What made the experience unique

Every generated artwork was absolutely unique: an emotional fingerprint of the relationship between that person and that fragrance — impossible to replicate or repeat.

How the activation worked

Facial Capture

A high-precision camera recorded the participant's face frame by frame throughout the entire fragrance review experience.
